During the implementation stage the evaluation activities will center on the developing a project management plan while collecting baseline data to help establish connections between actions and results. Activities will also focus on monitoring and assessing ongoing project activities to track progress and make adjustments.
During the strategic reporting stage, the evaluation activities will document accomplishments, organize data, prepare reports and define any variance between the planned project and the actual project. This will be an ongoing process for investigating, understanding and improving the ALLACCESS programs, processes, products, policies, performance and systems.
Information from this latter stage will help build a data-driven case for library’s role in providing adult education and workforce services.
