Logic Model

ALLACCESS uses a detailed logic model to prioritize activities, focus on desired outcomes and impacts, and yield outputs and deliverables that will advance the public library field.  There are four primary objectives for the project:

  1. Overcome barriers to access to education and workforce services for all adults
  2. Develop, expand and improve statewide resources for adult online learning and workforce development
  3. Establish effective models to deliver and support education and workforce services for adults in the libraries
  4. Build a data-drive case for libraries’ role in providing adult education and workforce services.

The W.K. Kellogg Foundation has an excellent guide for developing Logic Models for different types of programs which was very useful in developing our grant.  Access it on the web:  W.K. Kellogg Foundation Logic Model Development Guide.
