Team Structure

Our program involves many individuals representing our Partners.Team Structure

To organize the effort, the Core Team meets at least biweekly (once every two weeks).  The Core Team is responsible for setting direction and priorities, managing grant resources, designing program innovations, and evaluating progress.  Every six weeks, the Core Team is joined by the Steering Committee to review progress, make connections with other resources within Rhode Island and beyond, and provide strategy and insight.

The Cranston Public Library (CPL) and Providence Public Library (PPL) Program Teams, led by a member of the Core Team and comprised of librarians, technology staff, and adult educators, localize, implement, and execute the program innovations, providing feedback and recommendations to the Core Team for future innovations.
