Work Plan

ALLACCESS started in late 2013 to design and implement patron outreach; establish direct service and support roles, resources, and protocols within each site; and organize the teams and steering committee. Service delivery, including digital literacy training, technology access support, and distance- and hybrid-learning began in January 2014 and continue throughout the project. With the support of the Core Team and direction from the Steering Committee, the Library Program Teams will continually assess and improve their service delivery models throughout the project with the goal of maximizing outcomes for target populations. Analysis and evaluation will take place throughout the effort, as will communications and sustainability, with more intensive focus in the last three months of the project, from August through October 2015, in order to capture and share the learning of the project.
